WHAT TO EXPECT?
COVID-19 POLICY CHANGES
- Our office has a 12-person occupancy limit. We’ll need you to wait in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment. Please do not bring others inside unless medically or legally necessary (parent/legal guardian).
- I will wear face coverings at all times. You’ll need to bring and wear a face covering (or I have disposable masks available). You may remove the covering while lying face down on the massage table if you have trouble breathing (or for any other medical/behavioral reason). Simply mention this to me so I am compliant with NC Executive Orders.
- You will fill out a short COVID-19 informed consent/screening form prior every session (attached to your reminder email). New clients will also fill out a health history/intake form.
- I, as your therapist, will continue washing my hands/forearms before & after every session, restroom breaks, eating, etc. You’ll be directed to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before entering your treatment room.
- I will take your temperature with a no touch thermometer once you are in the privacy of a treatment room. If you have a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, I will reschedule your session at least 2 weeks out.
- I have removed TMJ Massage (intra-oral jaw massage) and Oncology Massage from our service offerings temporarily. I may skip massaging your face and jaw, but I can still provide a great scalp massage.
- Call 980-349-5050 to reschedule or cancel if you aren’t feeling well. I will waive late cancellation charges in these instances and would rather you rest at home or seek medical care. If you “no show” and do not call, you may still be charged.
